Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Who we are
Stoodious AI, Inc. d/b/a Fae ("fae," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at joinfae.com and connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare clinicians for telehealth consultations. fae is a telehealth platform, not a healthcare provider. Consultations are provided by clinicians who are employed or contracted separately and who exercise independent professional judgment.
Provider network
Fae uses MD Integrations (MDI) as its provider network. Telehealth consultations are provided by independent, licensed clinicians through MD Integrations. Learn more about our provider network at mdintegrations.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where fae's clinicians are licensed to practice. By using our services you confirm you meet these requirements. fae currently serves patients in select states. Availability is shown during the intake process.
3. Not emergency care
fae is not equipped for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this platform for urgent or life-threatening situations.
4. Fees and billing
Your initial clinician evaluation costs $50 once and does not start a subscription. If your clinician approves treatment and you choose to continue treatment through Fae, you enroll in the Care Plan at treatment checkout and pay separately for your medication. Your evaluation fee includes the first 30 days of ongoing care from enrollment. The Care Plan then renews automatically at $50 per month until canceled; your checkout shows the first renewal date. The plan includes a dedicated doctor, follow-up visits, 24/7 provider messaging, refills handled for you, free shipping, and discreet packaging. Prescriptions and refills remain subject to clinician approval. Medication is billed separately per approved fill and does not automatically renew with the Care Plan. To cancel future renewals, use the billing portalbefore your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your included or paid care period. If Fae determines that your needs fall outside the care we can provide, we will refund your evaluation fee. A completed evaluation that does not result in a prescription is not automatically refundable. Contact support@joinfae.com for help; other refund requests are reviewed case by case. Declining a proposed plan or leaving treatment checkout does not enroll you in a subscription.
5. Prescriptions and medications
Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinician's discretion based on a clinical evaluation. fae does not guarantee care, treatment, or a prescription. A clinician may decline care or a particular treatment when, in their professional judgment, it is medically or ethically inappropriate, including suspected misuse of the service. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped to you. You are responsible for following all instructions provided by your clinician and pharmacist. Do not share medications with others.
Pharmacy choice
You may ask to have an eligible prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choosing, even when a preferred pharmacy is offered. Message your clinician through the patient portal or contact support@joinfae.com with your preferred pharmacy's name and contact details. Availability, pricing, and transfer restrictions depend on the prescription and pharmacy.
Communication and alternatives to telehealth
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to your clinician communicating with you through video files, audio files, phone calls, direct text messaging, email, and invitations to HIPAA-compliant audio or video chat services. A phone or video visit may be required depending on your location and clinical needs. Use the secure patient portal to share health information and files; messages are not monitored for emergencies.
Telehealth does not replace your primary care provider. You may seek in-person care with your primary care provider or an appropriate specialist instead. If you do not have a primary care provider, you can find primary care providers near you. For urgent concerns, seek in-person urgent care; for emergencies, call 911.
Medical board complaints
You may file a complaint about a physician with the medical board in the state where you received care. Visit the Federation of State Medical Boards directory, select your state and the appropriate medical or osteopathic board, and follow its “File a Complaint” link. You do not need Fae's permission to contact a board.
Self-pay telemedicine services
Fae consultations are self-pay. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to submit a claim for these telemedicine services to Medicare, another federal payer, a state payer, or a private insurer. This applies to the telemedicine consultation; contact your pharmacy and insurer separately about prescription coverage.
Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MD Integrations, its employees, and physicians contracting with MD Integrations from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, intentional misrepresentation, or violation of these terms. This provision does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excuse a provider's negligence or professional misconduct.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@joinfae.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not create an account on behalf of another person.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our platform to: provide false health information, impersonate another person, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use automated tools to scrape or access the service. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (including text, images, brand assets, and software) is owned by Stoodious AI, Inc. d/b/a Fae or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular health outcome will result from use of the service. Medical decisions are made by licensed clinicians, not by fae.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoodious AI, Inc. d/b/a Fae will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
